Punishment For Using Honours Relating To Medical Qualification
27. Punishment for using honours relating to medical qualification:
(1) No one shall be allowed to mention or cause to mention the Degree, Diploma, Certificate or honor relating to modern medicine which is not obtained by him/her therewith his/her name with a motive of carrying out the treatment (medical service) relating to modern medicine.
(2) If any one has been found guilty of the offence against Sub- section (1), such person shall be punished ? with an imprisonment up to Three years or a fine up to Three Thousand Rupees or both.
